Recent news of shutting down a warehouse which causes orders to be more than likely delayed is not exactly what the doctor ordered. Especially when all but 2 or 3 of the people you call actually do a really good job and the rest of the time it is maybe hit mostly miss. Definitely will be looking at possible other options if this stays true. Wonderful job and thank you for always going the extra mile Doug and Pat!

Hi there - thanks for the feedback. We have several warehouses across the country, and intend to continue providing our customers with the same great service and fast delivery they are used to from FMP. I see that you've been in contact with members of FMP's Customer Service team, and that they worked hard to meet your needs. Our staff has continued to reach out to you to see what else they can do to make your experience satisfactory. Thank you for your review.
