Hi Danyell, We're sorry to hear you're running out of data fast. The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month. If you're a prepaid customer, you also have the flexibility to change plans at any time as your needs change. You can call 611 or visit genmobile.com/plans to explore your options.

The customer service has been really good so far. The phone is really slow when it starts up and sometimes it's kind of frustrating to use because it's slow. However I think this is a really good company so far and that is why I gave it five stars.

The service is crappy and the wifi stinks the phone I got is small and only 4 g I was told it was 5 g you people lie and I'm so tired of the crappy service

your a free phone service and they told me I had to buy a phone because I lost mine I think it's really ridiculous

I ported in my phone number ending 5565, now I'm transferring out of Gen Mobile. I want to port out my phone number ending in 5565- I'm being told they don't have that number in my account.
