Hi Mary, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and want to address the delay you experienced during the pickup. We're pleased to hear that overall you were satisfied with the job, but we understand the importance of timely service. Our team acknowledges that the pickup was slightly delayed due to the trash being larger than initially anticipated. While it still fit in a Silverado, we recognize that punctuality is crucial, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If there's anything specific you'd like us to address or if you have additional comments, please feel free to share. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with Dimension meets your expectations. Thank you once again for choosing Dimension, and we appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Dimension
