I hired Trash Warrior after searching the internet for a company that could help me clear out a few items of heavy furniture that were no longer in use -- and found that Trust Warrior offered the best price by far and the easiest method of arranging for their services. Trash Warrior's website is user-friendly, and the crew that showed up to do the work was on time and very courteous. I would definitely hire Trash Warrior again.

Cancelled three times, understand it was a holiday weekend but no communication until time of arrival. People in charge need to communicate better with warriors and customers. the trash warrior that showed up had no clue of items that needed to be picked up and did not have the proper hauling vehicle. While they were very nice people I feel like the company needs to be held responsible. Don't penalize the people lifting and hauling everything, take care of your customers and it shouldn't be that hard.

Just another customer who got the appointment ahead of time, provided pictures, went to some trouble to get dog and car out of the way, only to get an email mid-morning that said nobody could come. You’d think they’d have known that ahead of time. They did promise a refund, but it hasn’t shown up yet.
