Recently learned the original Expansion Module was recalled. After contacting Goal Zero I quickly received all the replacement parts as well as a couple more items I needed to make it all fit together. GZ was incredibly helpful as always when I had questions. The 12 volt portal stopping working on our Yeti 1000 core after less than two years of service. Fortunately Goal Zero stood by their product and are replacing the unit and shipping us a new 1500 X to meet our camping needs. I’ve been extremely impressed with the return process and especially grateful for the incredible communication and efforts from Chayce, the Goal Zero Customer Service rep who handled our warranty case.
