Thank you for reaching out so quickly. I don’t believe there was anything wrong with the wine. Didn’t have much flavor that I remember. Color was almost white that made go to window to be sure it was Rose’. Believe it was probably me. I am sorry I ordered 3 boxes.

First of all, the wine was terrible. It (the white) tasted like vinegar and had a bad aftertaste. The Customer Support team offered a refund, but only if I could produce the actual receipt from the store, a copy of the CC transaction would not suffice. I was foolish to expect more in a box wine to begin with…

When the two boxes arrived (sans glasses) the cold pack that I suppose was intended to keep the wine cool was at 96 degrees. I put the boxes in the refrigerator even though I enjoy my red wine at room temperature. After a couple of hours I sampled the wine and it taste terrible. It is flat and smells of vinegar. The taste is bitter, I am extremely disappointed as I expected a better experience after spending a considerable amount of time deciding upon Gratsi. Almost forgot to mention, Customer Service was absolutely no help. They suggested I cool it down and it would be fine even though I explained them it was not. They really don’t care after they get your money they are done with you. I canceled my subscription. Barney E.

I need to cancel an order but since it isn't a subscription, it doesn't give me the option. There is no contact phone for help.

Love the rose have been purchasing for a while and it’s a great product and cool concept , however the last 2 boxes I received felt like they had been stored in the oven , the UPS Man also noticed how hot the main box was ,,the ice cube inside a foil bag was completely melted ,,the wine is a tart ,, I will refrain from ordering until it gets cooler , sorry ! This time I had bought 2 boxes , I’m sad

While I like the sparkling The rest of my order 2 boxes was sent to Michael’s I paid on June 11th and on June 24th only because I sent an email to customer service did I find out where my package is I will be canceling my subscription based on that and I had to pay full price for wine for the days my order was not delivered

The white and rose are delicious. The red is very flat. I would never buy it again. I have to drink an entire box to get a buzz the “sugar free” promotion lay’s completely misleading when I have to drink three times as much to feel questionably as calm and pleasant. Won’t buy it again. Not worth it. One bottle of normal wine gives me way more than I need. I can have two glasses at 100 calories or an entire box at 300 calories or more and feel way better with the former

I was never notified about my delivery. I missed a very important holiday plan because I did not get notice of when I would receive my order.
