Great quality and attention to packaging
We ordered 8 cellular shades from Graywind. Everything arrived via FEDEX in good shape. Some boxes had seen some handling but the contents were perfect. Each designated room was given a color ( on back of remote control and tagged on the respective blinds). The blinds were preset and we were able to raise/lower with remote out of the box. Installation was fairly easy and the measured blinds fit perfectly. Very pleased with our purchase.

Amazing product
I ordered a blind in October 2025 and I had great experience with Graywind. The customer support contacted me after I placed the order to ensure the correctness of all measurements. The product itself is amazing! It has been almost a year, I have never charged the battery even once. As a result, I plan to order 4 more.

Excellent Customer Service
We had a issue with our blind. The customer service was quick to act and replaced the blind at no cost to us. Great experience and the product is great!

Fast response and follow-up
They responded right away, replaced our motor, and provided all resources necessary for connecting, working, and syncing all of our blinds. Very pleased with the entire process.

Excellent product and outstanding service
I’m extremely satisfied with my experience with Graywind. Their support team responds quickly and is genuinely solution-oriented, always finding a way to accommodate special requests. Shipping from overseas was surprisingly fast, and the product quality is top-notch. Installation was straightforward and easy to complete. I would definitely order from them again.
