I signed up to get personal care and it seemed very generic response to my symptoms. I was prescribed a medicine for weight loss, only to be told I needed pa, which then was denied from my insurance. I was also going to get labs done for PCOS, and the doc let me know my labs were sent, but when I went to get them done they told me they never received the order. The messaging system is too confusing, and when the app was no longer available, it was too many red flags for me to continue.
