They deserve zero stars. Snapper mowers uses this company for their "white glove" delivery. It is far from white glove. They drop shipment and that's it. Complete joke of a company.

We had a surprising large box delivered with two chairs in it. We received a text about 30 minutes or so before the delivery. We met the delivery guys at the door and asked them to place the box inside, which they did without any issue. They were very quick, polite, and efficient! The box was in perfect condition.

I waited over a month for my furniture. Delivery appointments were scheduled multiple times and nobody showed up. Poor communication and unreliable delivery service.

This company was contracted 3rd party to deliver my home depot order. They failed to call me when they scheduled a delivery, failed to call me when they canceled that delivery, failed to set me a new delivery date as promised, and now their phone tree hangs up on you when you try to ask someone where your stuff is.

Once again, HUB Group has given us terrible service. Unfortunately, it seems like most of their deliveries for us this year have been poorly handled and messed up. Today, our Home Depot stove delivery at a vacant apartment included instructions to call a half hour before the delivery so I could meet the delivery truck and open the door for them. They did not call, but they stopped in front of the apartment building and took a photo, then left. Later I got a message that they had rescheduled the delivery for more than a week later. I am very disappointed and will probably just cancel the delivery and buy the appliance at a different company who doesn't use HUB Group delivery service. I tried contacting HUB Group using their web site, but could never get connected with a company rep., and their online chat did not work. This is still better than an earlier delivery they messed up when the two guys in the delivery truck did not call, but pulled up in front of another of our buildings, unloaded the appliance (that time it was a refrigerator/freezer), and left it on the sidewalk as they drove off. HUB Group has proven to be an unreliable provider and a poorly managed company. Do not use them unless you are prepared to receive damaged goods, wrong products, or missed appointments. How do they stay in business while giving such bad service?

I purchased a dishwasher with ABT and it was delivered by the Hub group. Everything went smoothly. I received texts and emails almost daily to let me know the arrival time. When the driver showed up, they were very nice and brought the dishwasher into the house. They were in and out in under 5 minutes. Great job
