no stars should be a option.. formerly called 'one whatever'... they changed the name with the same ppl/results... was forced to use them by home depot... I had (7) different delivery dates...still has not received vanities.. under their prior name... they left our boxes by the road... customer service is a joke

THERE SHOULD BE A ZERO STARS OPTION. DONT USE HOME DEPOT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN THAT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP THEY USE THIS HORRIBLE RUDE COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO REAL TRACKING, THEY ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE WHEN THEY FINALLY GET AROUND TO ANSWERING AND FORGET ABOUT CHAT AS WELL. AFTER THIS IM WRITING TO THE BBB AND CALLING HOME DEPOT SO THEY STOP USING THIS BS COMPANY

If I could put zero stars I would!!!! They’ve had my furniture piece for who knows how long! They won’t call me back to schedule a delivery. Who knows if they’re lost it! This company is HORRIBLE AND NEITHER JC PENNEY OR ANYONE ELSE SHOULD USE THEM!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

This company is a scam and shame on Home Depot for using them. Home Depot is responsible for any sub contractors they use and this company does not communicate, does not show up, has re-scheduled 4 times. They have no concern for the customer for whom they are delivering and picking up from because there only true customer is home depot. This should be a class action lawsuit against home depot in the near future

This is the worst delivery company in America! I got routed through them through Home Depot. It's impossible to talk to a human and when you finally get through they are zero help. It's all AI driven and it shows. Run away as fast as you can - don't walk.

I ordered a mattress from JCPenney and immediately after processing my payment Deanna tells us your order will be delivered by Hub Group but if you experience any problems here’s my number…… I should’ve known then that she knew there’s a problem with this company. After waiting almost 3 weeks to even get an email from them to schedule a delivery scheduled for 19 September immediately sent me an email saying it was coming that day which was the 17th and then another that was coming on the 18th and then another on the 19th then on the 19th hours after they were due to my home I kept trying to track my package and it kept saying unable to start. When I finally called them and got through or passed the AI person and got a human. She told me that’s why we’re getting all the phone calls from that area about delivery. Something must’ve happened to the truck. They should’ve called you. Of course they didn’t call, they didn’t text, they didn’t email either. I contacted Diana from JCPenney and she couldn’t understand how any of this was happening after she spoke to them she said that they said my package wasn’t on the truck that day. Which I know is a lie and I’m hearing a different story from each and every person I contact concerning this, this is the worst company in the world and JCPenney knows better.
