Horrible communication. Currently waiting on hold for a delivery that was SUPPOSED to be rescheduled. They failed to contact in 48 hour window as promised. When I reached out to a live agent via chat, I waited about 15 minutes then was immediately disconnected by Leslie G. Very disappointed and just want my items to arrive in one piece.

Did't show up 2 days in a row. Home Depot needs to drop this group. Waiting around for 2 days straight. The only time they call is to tell you they will be there the following day. Scam Group that is very dishonest

I haven’t even received my order and already have had a bad experience. Scheduled a delivery date and was given a 12 hour window! Who does that. I arrange my day and 4 hours into the expected 12 hour window I get an email stating it will now be tomorrow. Nice notice. Call customer service and was told it didn’t fit in the truck. After telling them I already took the day off and would like a better window then 12 hrs for the next day and was put on hold. No word, no just a moment, no I’ll check, nope just perpetually on hold for ten min. I call back and it goes right to voicemail. Other previously read emails are correct about this company. Shit rolls down hill, so I can only blame the leadership of this company.

If I could give 0 star I would . Told me delivery will occur between 1-5 . I paid someone to stay at house to receive delivery and No show , no phone call till next morning when they said next delivery can be done in 3 days between 1-5 . So I rescheduled , paid somebody to stay at house to recieve firepit from fountainful . Again no show and no phone call. Worst company on this planet .

This is a horrible company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were suppose to be here on 11/5. That did not happen. Then they said 11/6 BTW 9am -11am. They did not show up in the window. I called after 11am and the customer service reo was zero help. Still waiting. I cant belive JC Penny works with this co. It is a bad reflection on them.

Received email to schedule a delivery. I scheduled and 2 days later started getting text messages about a upcoming delivery 3 days before the date I actually scheduled it for. Not option to reply. No person available to speak to in their phone system. No option to change scheduled delivery. They simply decided to attempt delivery ignoring my scheduled delivery. I contacted the furniture company I purchased from and they also tried to call Hug Group Last Mile as well and was unable to get a person. I was not home and they eventually had to come back on the actual scheduled delivery date. Poorly run operation with no customer service at all.

They have my item from Home Depot for a month and a half now. They don’t even know what is happening when I call in they can’t even accurately track the item as to where it is. How can the delivery company NOT know where the item is? Someone inside is probably keeping everyone’s items and never delivering them on purpose. They’re super shady and probably thieves inside too keeping these items for themselves. Don’t let them get away!!!
