Vikram Kumar was extremely professional, courteous, and diligent. He did a great job helping me to solve my problem and when a secondary issue came up (not his error) he went out of his way to correct the problem. He displayed excellent customer service.

Called to cancel and was still charged 19.99. I call again and they canceled my account and said they would refund the 19.99. But the charge went through anyway. No refund sent. I will do a charge back with my bank to get money back. This company is a big scam. Very difficult to unsubscribe. They get with the 1$ free trial. I will make sure my bank blocks them as merchant. So they won’t attempt to charge me again.

I’ve called them 2 times to cancel, each time they say they cancel it and delete my account, and then the next month my card is charged and I still don’t have the refunds I was promised! Now I have to call them a 3rd time and possibly dispute the charges! I was coerced into signing up for a $1 trial because I was doing a “free” consultation for a credit repair company on tik tok! Never use this company! Scam!

They won't cancel and took money out of my card some place else like a third party. I gave them my info, don't fall for it please don't do business with this company. Now they want to charge me again for something else.
