Ordered a 20th Anniversary Dunny for my Vinyl Figures Collection and it was delivered within 10 days. Great quality. Box slightly knicked/scratched but overall positive experience with very cool product.

I placed a Christmas order on 12/18/24. The website stated everything would arrive in time for Christmas. I spent $111 which for my family is a lot. I understand that isn't a huge amount for some. Days went by, no update or anything. Not until I wrote to customer service did I get any information. So they stated that the items were mailed 12/20/24. DHL stated that it was 12/23/24. It is currently 01/02/25. It is still not here and now apparently USPS is waiting for it to preform the final delivery. I know for a fact that if this company had put all my items into a flare rate priority box from USPS it would have cost them less and I would have had my items if not right before Christmas a day or two after. My kids were looking forward to getting their presents on Christmas. But instead they got a lousy I.O.U! This company doesn't have any phone number to call, so you are forced to email them. Then it takes weeks for someone to actually get back to you! All round horrible experience! Now I have to worry if we are even going to get what I actually ordered!!

EDIT 1/1/25: I received the case of blind boxes as part of my order. I was to receive 2 additional blind boxes since I pre-ordered, which has not come yet. Customer service did not respond to my emails, but apparently the order was fulfilled. Great products, but still not a fan of their customer service, hence the -1 star. I placed a pre-order for a case of blind boxes on June 15th 2024. November 5th I received an email saying that my item was shipped. I was to receive the blind box case of 25, 2 special blind boxes, and a gift with purchase. The only item that was delivered was the gift with purchase. I emailed customer service several times throughout the month of December and did not receive one reply. Whatever new customer service provider they're using is completely ineffective. I've lost total trust in this company to fulfill basic shop transaction duties. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. I'm certain now that the Kidrobot I once knew several years ago is NOT the same and is likely a scam site now.

Worst company to order from ever .don't waste your money ,lies and false promises that is if the customer service team ever get back to you .Terrible

I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have NO GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS, even though they are all paid in full. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! It is Now December 19th, I purchased a large amount of GIFTS and ONLY received completely HALF of a several thousand dollar purchase. So I have no gifts for my family. ALL I GET IS FALSE PROMSIES. I SENT ALL THE PICS AND DID EVERYTHNG YOU ASKED FOR, WHY CAN’T YOU?

Don’t waste your money they send you the wrong items and don’t answer any email to rectify your order. Worthless customer service. On the other hand the items they got right are quite nice. Slooooooooow shipping from China, it may have been on a boat.

I ordered two South Park plushies (Christmas Cartman and Reindeer Kenny) on 17th November 2024, both were delivered today (14th December 2024) to the UK. After reading some negative reviews about the company I was a bit worried my parcel wouldn't arrive. I emailed the help section to ask if the parcel was despatched and received a reply from "Michelle" within a couple of days to confirm it was shipped. Overall, my experience has been a positive one and I'm grateful it was delivered in time for Christmas. Thank you Kid Robot 🙂

I pre-ordered the Upside-Down Spider-Man Phunny Plush Window Clinger and the Killer Klowns from Outer Space Shorty Phunny Plush on JULY 12, because it was a bday gift for my bf i emailed kidrobot asking for an estimate on the delivery since it was a pre-order n they said around aug-sep. in their OWN WORDS: “We will be shipping your order in August - September but we are working on a better estimate for you. We'll send you a tracking notification once it has shipped.” it is now December. ive sent multiple emails asking about my order and if i could just cancel it bc its ridiculous atp and they have ignored all of my emails and i cant even log into my account anymore!!!! this is the first time ive had issues with kidrobot but from here on out i will NOTT be buying again their customer service is a fkin joke id save ur money before they scam u🙄
