I sent my frames in for lens replacement on 9/1/25 - they received the 9/6. The email stated the order should leave their facility 12-14 business days, so around 9/23. On 10/7 they sent an email stating there was a delay (no duh). On 10/14 I receive an email they have broken my frames and offered a $200 stipend for a brand that was not comparable to mine. After going back and forth they did give me a cash payment plus refunded the lens order. My original frames are no longer available so this was just a bad experience. BEWARE!!!!!!

Kissel helped me order contacts for my nephew. She was very helpful and made the ordering process very easy. The contacts came very quickly with no problems. This was my third order from Lens Direct. I’ve also ordered glasses and all orders were perfect and arrived very early.

My current lens provider changed hands, and the increased price led me back to LensDirect after five years. With a great price and a coupon discount, I ordered from LensDirect again. The coupon did not connect to the order, so I notified LensDirect. Nyal fixed the issue and directed a refund for the coupon. Great service and I received my order in five days.
