I was under the impression that with my purchase of two hats, I was to receive a third one free. That didn't happen. It also appears that the hats were both manufactured and delivered from China which made for a long wait for delivery. As for quality, I would say the items are unremarkable.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by our promotion. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding our "buy three, get one free" offer. We understand this was not clearly communicated, and for that, we are truly sorry. To make amends, we are more than happy to provide you with a hat free of charge, even though the initial purchase was for two hats. This is a small gesture from us to express our apologies and commitment to your satisfaction. Please email us your order number at [email protected]

I ordered two hats on February 29. It is now March 25 and they haven't arrived. When I followed up after a few weeks, I was told that the hats became out of stock after I ordered. The company never bothered to tell me that. They also said that they would ship them expedited when they became available. I got an email on March 22 saying that the caps are on the way, but when I checked tracking I saw that they were not sent expedited.

Hi James, We are truly sorry for the delay and the lack of communication regarding the status of your hats. This is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. The oversight in updating you about the stock situation and the subsequent shipping method falls short of our standards. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number. We’re committed to making this right by ensuring your hats are delivered as soon as possible. Additionally, we will look into the miscommunication about the shipping method to prevent such issues from happening in the future.

After you make a purchase the website tries to "entice" you into buying something else. I thought I was clicking on a product to look at it, but NO, the website just added it to my order.... seems very underhanded to me. I had to make multiple requests for this issue to be resolved properly. Products are expensive. I've found other sites where I can get hats w/o logos for FAR less $$.
