Bought a used iPhone 16 Pro from Loop Mobile on Amazon. The phone came very quickly and was just as described. I took it to AT&T and transferred my old phone over to the new phone with no problems. I enjoyed the phone for 12 days and then I recruited a text from AT&T saying my device was registered on another account and it has now been blocked. After more investigating the phone has been reported lost or stolen and I cannot register it or use it on AT&T. I do not know about any other service as AT&T is my provider. I did get approval for a return so we’ll see. If I just get $700 in credit from Amazon I’m gonna be pissed!😡

I bought a refurbished phone, Loop mobile was the carrier. I received a stolen phone, do not buy from this company unless you want a stolen phone

Just terrible i bought a iphone 16plus and when i went into Xfinity to transfer my phone number they said it was a stolen phone and was locked by verison. Now i have to go through the return processes and get a refund to then just buy the same phone and wait longer terrible.

No IMEI number on the box, it took Devine intervention to set up the phone. Couldn’t transfer my ESim without a IMEI. Finally got in and discovered the battery wasn’t replaced. It’s at 97% and I’m not happy. Pay $800 for a renewed phone and there’s not a new battery. Purchased a phone from another company for my wife and hers was and still is 100%. I’m definitely thinking about returning it and getting one somewhere else! Now I’m asked for additional information, but was not provided with a reference number. This company is clueless, I’m gonna return the phone through Amazon and let them handle this lame Company.

Highly recommend you look elsewhere for your purchase. I paid for and ordered an IPHONE 16 plus 512 GB with a flawless screen. Was sent IPHONE 16 plus 256 GB with a big chip in the screen. Would have never known the GB was less unless I looked!! No phone number to talk to anyone. Emailed and there is no sense of urgency to send the product I ordered even though it was their error. Didn’t have the color in stock any more. It’s been 10 days now and I still have no phone!! Horrible way to run a company and treat your customers. I’m not confident that I’ll get the correct product I paid for any time soon. I will be reporting to the BBB.

I received a galaxy s23 ultra from this company using back market I ordered the device as premium all parts original however the phones screen was a cheap aftermarket replacement so cheap that even the edges dont match so it was pretty obvious straight out of the box Im gonna return this phone now a complete time and monwy wasters never will go with this company neither back market again. If you promise something you have to provide it as a company.

Totally unresponsive. The decision makers have insulated themselves and you can only reach machines or people that operate like machine. THEY DON'T LISTEN AND ONLY GIVE CANNED RESPONSES. I am still awaiting a refund or even communication regarding my refund. Keep your money.
