My experience was great
My experience was great. The only thing that didn’t like is if my item didn’t come with a charger. It’s the simple thing that you guys can provides. that can make a customer happy become more considerate.

Shipping and customer service excellent
Item shipping and customer service was excellent - very helpful and responsive. They even refunded me $50 due to the laptop's minor issues like screen discoloration, and the battery life wasn't quite as expected, but I believe the company is genuinely working on improvements. I'm hopeful future customers will have an even better experience.

The shipment has arrived in time
After some anxiety from my side, the shipment arrived at my front door in time. There were glitches that made believe that the delivery would be late, but all went well. Faster communication with Loop in times like these would be good. Thank you for a good deal!

The computer seems to be exactly what…
The computer seems to be exactly what was promised, a pristine 2021 MacBook Pro. I would have liked to have seen an original charger with it but the aftermarket charger that was included, seems to work well.

Over all good experience.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It took two days of me requesting the tracking number but once I received it, it was just waiting on USPS to deliver my watch and that took a week, but that was out of the company control. The watch is as described on their site, pristine, looks like a brand new watch. Works just fine so far.

"Pristine" phone with minimum battery life
I paid extra for a phone in "Pristine" condition. This did not apparently translate to the components of the phone as it came with only 85% battery life, the bare minimum they deliver without replacing the battery. This is a problem as the 2400 battery is already small for today's power demands. Neither of the phone numbers for customer service work and do not allow you to hold or wait. They just drop the call. To be fair, I did send an email ~24 hours ago and am waiting for a response from Loop. I will update my rating if my experience improves. **UPDATE : Updating review to 4 stars. After a few weeks of back-and forth, their CS did eventually work to find a replacement with better battery life. The exchange went well and I am happy with the new unit.

Service was prompt and efficient. The product is well made and attractive. Only negative is that the case doesn’t cover the camera lenses.
