Does a lot, does it all well
I really like Lucky Orange for how much it offers - from recording user behaviour on our website to offering live chat services with customers. It's all very easy to use. Plus customer support was great when I reached out to the company!

Lucky orange is an important asset for our business
Lucky orange is an important asset for our business. The dashboard allows us to assess/monitor our website visitors and understand their journey thru' the website. It also helps us understand the level of ad-supported visits vs organic visits and the types of platform. Finally it gives us an idea of country and region.

Lucky orange is an absolute asset
Lucky orange is an absolute asset to anyone running an online business. Analytics alone can not beat actual visitor behaviour. Just observing sticking points, allows you to change (put right) your website instantly. I have used the paid version with a previous business where Lucky Orange played an essential part of our team. I am currently using the free version (sadly) as I start to build my new business, regardless of the limited recordings it provides me with invaluable information. One day soon when business starts to roll, this app will be the 1st one I pay for.

I absolutely love Lucky Orange! For starters, the data we get get from live replays is invaluable for a small team looking to make smart decisions. And the Customer Service is lightning fast and has never had an issue that they couldn't solve.

Knowledgable and helpful
I had a one on one video call with Jordan to answer my questions and understand a little more on how to sort the data for collection including funnels. He explained the information clearly and assisted in answering my questions.
