This is by far the easiest to navigate tracking platform there is. I'm excited to use it a bit longer and see if it covers all the features we need. So far so good!

I genuinely love it. It’s user-friendly. The UI and everything makes it easy to navigate and install additional features. I use it for live sessions and its doing the job perfectly. Didn’t even made my website heavy. Was able to referral URL spam which GA couldn’t exactly filter out 👍🏻

Thank you for your review, Niharika! These are words we love to hear! We often talk about the value of visitor behavior, but you brought up another great point - the ability to combine visitor behavior with sources. You can easily sort out the spam while understanding your best performing traffic. Thanks for your review, and if you need anything, don’t hesitate to reach out. Cheers - Emilia from Lucky Orange

Product installation (on our Shopify store) was effortless! And we're already collecting useful data after just one day. I've chatted through the support function and got quick, helpful responses, and I also took advantage of an onboarding call (via Zoom) where Jordan walked me through all of the app features and gave me some very useful tips to help get a deeper understanding of the customer journey across our site. So far, I've been using the heat maps, replays, events, and funnels, but I will soon test out the survey function as well. We are on a standard 7-day trial at the moment, and there is an easy to understand sessions counter on our dashboard, so at the end of the trial, I'll know exactly which paid plan will fit our needs! I appreciate the help from the Lucky Orange team getting started on the right foot.
