The chat-support was not very helpful as I had a rather technical question. But they directly put me in contact with the developer-team which were super-friendly and helpful and even offered to add a custom feature for my request. Top.

Ishant was very helpful (and patient!). I am not a developer, so he was very kind with his instruction. I have only given 4 stars because I haven't had a chance to see how good the plugin is yet.
