MakeWebBetterReviews of makewebbetter.com

This is the worst company ever! We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways. The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it. Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it. NEVER use this company, they are crooks!

Incredibly fast technical support. They solve problems real quick.

It was a great decision to start working with MakeWebBetter. Great plugins en excellent support by a very friendly and helpful staff who understand technology. When some additional work was needed to integrate the plugins further, custom work was done quickly with great understanding of all the customer needs. So definitely an excellent choice to consider MakeWebBetter.

Great support via online chat. Thanks!

Just installed this plugin and looks great. Customer service/Technique support is quick and very helpful. I will update with more details later once I tested all features.

The support team is prompt and helpful.

Good plug-in and great customer service (RMA refund and exchange plug-in)
