Purchased the plugin to link our WooCommerce store to Hubspot. The historical customer sync did not work in the first instance because WooCommerce was saving the billing and shipping country as a 2 letter code, which Hubspot could not interpret. This is not uncommon, so I'm not sure why it wasn't built into the plugin in the first place. Anyway, I contacted MWB for help and was asked to do a Skype call, which I don't have access to. I then sent a copy of the error log and was asked to grant admin access to our WordPress site. I didn't have a problem with this as I understand they need to see what's wrong, however I ended up having to email the username and password as the secure login wasn't reaching them. This is very unprofessional and unsecure, and set alarm bells ringing as to how professional they really are. They claimed to have fixed the issue but only after I chased them. I can still not see any customers, deals or products in Hubspot so the plugin clearly does not work. Several weeks after purchase I still don't have what I paid for. I have now requested a refund and I will look for another solution. I am amazed at all the positive reviews and I do wonder how authentic they are. The point of a plugin is that it should work with no technical expertise. If I had that I would have written something myself! Edit: I was offered a free add-on to make the deals and products show in Hubspot. It wasn't clear from the MWB website that these aren't included in the standard plugin. The website is really misleading, it gives no truthful definitive list to tell you what you actually get. One to avoid.
