Great customer service
I purchased some templates on the HubSpot marketplace and had a few formatting issues. I emailed the customer service team and was extremely pleased with how quickly the team responded and addressed my issues. They also answered multiple questions I asked about how to best manage my template design on an ongoing basis. I'd definitely purchase from this company again.

Fast and reliable customer service by email!
Love the customer service! I clicked the wrong thing and broke my website's connection to hubspot. I reached out to them worried that they'd take forever to get back to me. They replied within 30 minutes and got the issue resolved right away for me! It's good to know I can count on them for support even months after I've already made my purchase.

Very impressed – Did what I was hoping for and more!
I am always a bit skeptical when it comes to anything "mautic"... I have been burned before with integration plugins that claim to do a lot more than they really do, or just plain don't works. MakeWebBetter's Mautic > WooCommerce Integration Plugin is the true exception, and by far the most professional 3rd party "Mautic" tool/plugin I have come across. And, it is well worth the (reasonable) price. If you have even a mild technical understanding of how to setup Mautic, the setup is a breeze. I didn't run into any issues, but if I had, they have very extensive and easily accessible help documentation. And, to top it off, they will actually let you chat directly with their development team to ask specific questions about your own unique implementation scenarios – and to be honest, several of my questions were more related to core Mautic than their plugin, but they were happy to help anyway. This is a great product, and a great team. Highly recommend!

I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently my problem was resolved. I installed the free version to test and in a few hours, my doubts and the few problems I had were solved by the support. I have already requested the purchase of the PRO version. Aos amigos Brasileiros: Recomendo! Fiquei impressionado com a rapidez e eficiência em que meu problema foi resolvido. One of the BEST plugins i got ever!
Woow! What a great plugin! The upsell plugin is great it has such big impact on the total sales value that i recommend any one with online shop to use it. The support is great and reply quickly.
