Very poor, I purchased Chair 08/01/2026delivery schedule 08/26/206. I purchased $6797.00 now price downto $5499.00 ( Brand new) I got the Certified used one with high price.

Rick, our sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient throughout or phone and email conversations. Very happy with the help and the clear picture of what to expect with the set up and move in process (white glove) and any warranty issues. Hoping the delivery and setup go well. Great so far!!

Had an informative email chat with Rick Gallant on chair comparisons. Made the decision to buy the Imperial Infinity SynerD CPO chair. I had tried the chair out several years ago and loved it, but could not do the price. The CPO made it very affordable. How to get delivery in a few weeks!!
