I love my Kyota M868 massage chair! Everything from the start when I spoke to Rick Galant to help me choose my chair, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, to the white glove delivery which was flawless was amazing. I do physical labor for a living so when I get home I am very tired and sore. I love all the different varieties of massages the chair offers and it helps me revive after working a long hard day. After doing research on tons of chairs, it came down to Massage Chair Store. When I talked to them I told them they better be truthful with me. They were. I was not going to be had. I have no complaints about the chair I bought. The various programs, add on features, smoothness, and comfort are amazing. You pay for what you get. I got a great chair with tons of programs.

After I tried out my neighbors Infinity massage chair, I had to have one, stumbled across The Massage Chair Store, glad I did, after chatting with a representative, and him answering all of my zillion questions, I ordered one with confidence, excellent customer service, which I find rare these days, I’m currently waiting on my Infinity massage chair, and can’t wait!!

Here we are a month later with no chair. The delivery company told us the chair was going to sit there til February when they came up to our area again! Unacceptable!
