We purchased a chair. I had a tech come out 3 times to repair from the start. No luck with the repair. I was told they are sending me out a new chair. Fingers crossed!

As great as the chair has been, the service is as top notch as I've ever seen. I see why they are so highly rated. I'm a little bigger than the average guy and they worked with me to get a chair that was more suitable for somebody my size.
