Rick G. was an awesome salesperson. I've been in contact with in for 3-4 months researching all products. He returned any messages timely and accurately. I received excellent sales and education service from Rick. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision or buy, yet he was responsive to my calls and emails. The chair was shipped quickly, and I received it in about 1 week. I have the utmost appreciation for their personal business model, and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a massage chair.

Very few times in my life have I ever received such "wonderful support" from a company as I have with this company. They have gone so far in helping us that we are literally considering becoming a local distributor of their massage chairs. Let me explain... Two years ago I bought the first massage chair of my life. It was awesome. I liked it so much that I bought 4 more of the same chair for members of my family this year. I do okay but I'm not a rich guy so it was a stretch but my sister has a bad back, one of my nieces has a bad back, my other niece just got married and is having a baby (What better Christmas gift for newlyweds than his and her massage chairs where they can sit and relax and rock the baby to sleep). Each of them love their chairs and it's brought each of them countless hours of happiness and relaxation. At my end I'm a little taller than the average person so I decided to buy a massage chair designed for someone a bit taller than average. Wow, it was so nice... It sits right next to my desk (Office in home). It allows me to take a 15 minute break every now and then when staring at the computer gets my body tense. This Christmas I decided to go all out. My wife owns a massage store and tends to get cramps in her legs at night from standing all day. So I went all the way to the top of the massage chair line up. Wow, that chair has upgrades that take care of the muscles in her legs that the lower priced chairs don't do as well. It was well worth the investment. We were happy. And then 4 months later the big new super chair broke...... Normally when you talk about something expensive breaking that's where the bad reviews start. Most companies don't care. In fact, most of them when you call for help put you on hold forever and then someone answers the phone from the other side of the planet with an accent so strong that it makes communicating with them difficult. And of course they only answers you get from them are No, No and No... But I was shocked (in a good way). A very nice gentleman (Nate) answered my call in the service department. He spoke clear English. And it turns out he is in the USA. He was super nice, friendly and kept saying a word I never expected. His answers were Yes, Yes and Yes. Since there was a problem with the chair we decided on chair number 7 (As we call it "My Wife's Throne" we had two options. Fix it or Replace it. If you've ever dealt with companies over the phone in the past (I'm sure you have) you know that asking for them to completely replace an item that weighs so much that two adult males can barely budge it (This is afterall one of the top end massage chairs) rather than fix it you would expect the answer of course to be "no". Instead Nate sent me over to Heidi (A mid level manager) in the sales department. She was super sweet and I could have enjoyed talking to her all day. She was fine with the idea of replacing the chair with another model. But it needed to get approved at the top. She had Greg (Man in charge of the whole team) and again he was very nice and pleasant. The whole process was so nice that I started talking with him about the possibility of becoming a distributor (Afterall, I own an advertising company and my wife owns a massage store). Greg approved the swap out. In fact, he has people coming to pick up the chair tomorrow. They are refunding the purchase price in full. That left me free to not replace the chair (money back after 4 months is unheard of...), buy a replacement chair or even become a distributor (And sell to myself). That's where Rick stepped back in. He came back sending me over a similar chair but at a huge holiday discount. I ended up with a chair that is even more high end while paying thousands less. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me going through for example my wife's leg problems and making sure this chair was the best one to treat her muscle spasms, etc... This is an incredible experience... Not only did I order chair number 7 today... I also filled in the paperwork to become a distributor. The chairs are awesome! But the service is even better... I gave these wonderful people 100 stars...

Well I started off texting Rick Gallant with a thousand questions about the different brands on the market, price range and all the many bells and whistles each chair provides. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and provided me with enough information for my wife and I to make a difficult but confident decision. Thanks so much for the help. We received the chair and assembly was easy. I now know the true meaning of Nirvana 😌 we love our new Koyota.

My husband and I bought an an Infinity massage chair as a Christmas gift to each other. It is amazing! I use it every day. I had back issues due to scoliosis that have virtually disappeared!
