Massage Chair StoreReviews of massagechairstore.com

I was skeptical about going this direction but Ryan and Bernie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Also because of my size Ryan made sure I got the right fit without sacrificing luxury. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a top notch massage chair to deal with this company and hopefully these gentleman.

My experience was great! I worked with Ryan M. and his customer service was amazing. Ryan was attentive and helped me order the perfect chair. Thank you so much!

My wife and I love and enjoy Kyota Kokoro M888 4D every day since we bought it. Certified pre-Owned Grade A used one is in incredibly good condition just like a new one. Excellent customer service and quick shipping and delivery from the store in Seabrook, NH to Torrance, CA.

First of all, my experience was made great at the Massage Chair Store by both Ryan and Rick who both provided as far as I am concern because of their truthful feedback with regards to the questions a person who has retired 2 massages chairs over 27 years might ask when looking to buy his 4th. Once you get a good massage chair you will not go without one. And, I have a jacuzzi tube. I had owned other industry leader manufactured chairs for over 25 years and believe my Kyoto M680 gives me the best massage I have ever had using a massage chair. It is more like a resort professional personal massage; it can be a little rough. The features and functioning of this massage chair make it a great massage chair. And that is the caution I give you. But its intensity can be toned down. However, it remains me of my vacations. The foot massage at first may seem to be a little small but as I later saw it also was massaging the front of my feet which none of my previous massage chairs did. This justify the size accommodation to give your foot a good massage. The design provides limited internal massage components that travel to contact your feet. I am not a big guy and feel this chair could be a little tight for a bigger person. So, I would advise sitting in the Kyoto M680 if you can as it is more difficult getting into it when compared to the massage chairs with open foot massage front. Bottom line the M680 massage stretch mode is awesome to me. Call Rick or Ryan and let them explain the distributor of these chairs, deal and chair feature differences. Bernie from support was also great in his customer service follow-up with this customer - me. My 4 Star rating is only reflection of the unexpected change in getting into the chair. After a month It is still functioning at a 5-star massage level, especially the arm massage, stretch and gluteus maximus range covered. I have not tried the 3 heat locations and the temperature range yet you can manage GDSI

Very happy with the assistance that Ryan provided we got the right chair!

Ryan was amazing, he was quick to respond and helped me through the entire process! What amazing customer service! He's the BEST to work with, I'm veyr impressed at the time he took to help me decide on a chair and purchase one. I am thrilled to get my new quality massage chair at 1/2 the price!

Ryan did a great job with explaining everything I needed and answering all my questions and helped me pick the chair that is best for my family. I really appreciated all the information and honesty. It was a confusing and overwhelming task to try and understand the massage chair industry and you guys did a great job helping to navigate the waters.

Ryan was terrific! He is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He helped guide us from a more expensive chair that my wife and I liked to one that was more appropriate, and less expensive! He was also highly responsive. He is a credit to your organization.
