We purchased a M888 chair from "Alan." He was TERRIFIC! Answered all my questions on what chair would suit my husband and I best. Excellent phone and email correspondence with him. Promises made...promises kept. I would highly recommend him to help walk you through making a decision on what chair would suit you best.

I recently completed my purchase after many hours of research on chairs from virtually all major manufacturers. Knew nothing much before I started and was somewhat skeptical about this market. Hands down, Allan and Rick at Infinity were the best at providing me with quality information of the kind I needed to make a fully informed purchase decision. This included chat sessions, phone conversations, and emails. And...importantly...no high pressure to buy! I believe that they are, with good reason, confident in their products and the Infinity company. Looking forward to delivery of my Kyota M673 and will update this review after I put a few miles it.

I ordered the Infinity Chair during the first week of May. The chair did not arrive until the 3rd week of July, so I was a little disappointed with having to wait. HOWEVER, we LOVE the chair and it was worth the wait. Fantastic massages. Would definitely do it all over again.

I'm writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the service and the message chair I purchased. The Sales Rep, Rick Gallant, did an outstanding job helping me purchase the massage chair with the biggest bang for the buck. Also, assisted with the delivery, setup, and any service questions I had. The whole family is enjoying the chair. Thanks again Rick and I highly recommend the Massage Chair Store!!! Sincerely, George Hunter

Thank God I bought this palisade massage chair. Forget about the price buy the chair!

Rick Gallant was my sales representative, however I think in his case he was more a customer representative. Rick listened, asked follow up questions and made recommendations based on our discussion; not in an effort to move outdated stock, or pad a commission. I am very excited to receive our chair experience, however I can say we already are feeling relaxed in knowing we have Rick in our corner not just through the sale but through the entire process. Thanks! Mike and Kim Marks
