I want to thank Rick for his guidance and expertise in helping me pick a chair. I went to other sites and felt like I wasn't getting anywhere. His knowlege and professionalism sold us 100%! Best experience I have had with a purchase! Larry

was looking for a message chair for my wife. I was going with a different brand but after some research and some fine assistance from Rick at the Message chair store, I went with the Kyota M888 pre-owned. Rick was super in telling me about this option, answered all my questions and reassured me that a Pre-owned might be the perfect fit for me at this time. So we will see when the chair arrives but for now it was a pleasure and no pressure working with Rick

I had a great sales experience with Ryan McKallagat and the sales team there (other person Richard). They took time to answer all my questions and explained the technology in the massage chairs. One of the best sales experiences in a long time! I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a massage chair.

Ryan was a huge help in the ordering of my 1st massage chair. He was very knowledgeable, quick to respond and patient with ALL of my questions. He made a potentially very confusing situation much, much easier. In this day and age when anything and everything can be purchased online it’s such a pleasure to be able to work with someone like Ryan from start to finish. I greatly appreciate all of the help and assistance that I received and I know that Ryan is a huge asset to the company Sincerely Diana

My recent investment in a massage chair was indeed the best money I've ever spent. It has totally delivered on all the points as advertised. You well represented a quality product, paired with unparalleled customer service. Mega thanks to Mr. Gallant and everyone in your organization that made this purchase possible.

Very much appreciated working with Rick. He was patient and occasionally touched base but was ready to help me when I reached out. Knowledgeable on the various makes and models so I felt I maximized my money on the most important features for me. Looking forward to delivery and installation.
