I researched for over a month for the best massage chair out there and I found it! Its the Kyota Kenko M673. I was so happy to find this company, Massagechairstore.com and they had it in stock. It was so nice to speak with Rick, a live person and ask as many questions that I did and received all my answers during the call. He was so informative and patient during our 45 minute call. By the end of the phone call, I new my research was done. I Just received my chair, I am so pleased and happy with it. I ordered the brown and what a beautiful chair it is. Alan is one of the best in this business - i can assure you i talked with many prior to meeting Alan. he was able to easily determine my specific needs based on my health and budget. there are so many different types of chairs / companies out there and if you are new to therapeutic massage chairs then it can be very overwhelming. Alan was able to guide me to the very best chair to meet my needs and never once pushed me into a more expensive chair but one that will serve me best. i ended up buying the Kyoto M898 brown and couldn't be happier. this chair does it all and has all the 'extras' that many of you may be looking for. it looks great and does an amazing job easing tension and muscles in turn creating better sleep and more relaxation - we use it every night before bed!
