I haven't received the chair yet as I purchased it only yesterday but since I got asked to write a review I can only say the best about the support that I received from Alan to make my decision. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, helpful. I am glad that I stumbled across the company when I did my research about massage chairs.

Ryan spent quite a bit of time discussing the pros and cons of several chairs. He never pushed me in a direction, but provided information for me to make my own decision. I am awaiting the chair and will say so far that the experience was above the norm.

I've had my chair for a month or so...works as sold. I love most of my chair, but there really is NO neck massage function and the available massage options do not include any kind of neck massage. Otherwise, Great!

Having purchased two Infinity massage chairs from the Massage Chair Store, I can say that although the product seems to be of decent quality, customer support is great until there is a problem with the chair. The second “like new” chair I received had greasy metal parts falling onto my floor the first day I had it, an L track back massager that wouldn’t move after a couple of days and a remote that was almost impossible to see after a week…not to mention the smell of perfume. Initially I was open to getting it repaired which they graciously offered but when the defects starting adding up the concern of being left with a lemon that only had a one year warranty (labor & parts) prompted me to ask for it to be returned. Their response was “you can send it back but it will cost you”. That cost? Apparently almost $1,500 dollars in freight. No conversation, no offers to extend the warranty, nothing. I understand that is their policy, but this wasn’t a matter of not liking the chair. The parts that worked were great but the chair arrived broken in multiple places. What was initially a disappointment with a chair, turned into a disappointment with customer service and now with the company. It would seem profit is more important than taking care of the customer.

We intend to do right by every customer and we want to apologize that you received a product that is not functioning properly out of the box. We have responded to you immediately each and every time to address your concerns and had parts and a technician coordinated to troubleshoot your chair. Without sending a technician to your home, we are not able to determine if the product that you received was damaged in transit, assembled incorrectly, or defective. We encouraged you multiple times to wait and see if a technician could address the issues that you brought to our attention, but you indicated that you wished to return the product after just six days without accepting our offer of repair. Our return policy explicitly states that the customer is responsible for return freight charges, so it should not be unexpected that this is not inexpensive due to your location. We were not given a chance to offer any appeasements due to you clearly indicating multiple times that it was your family's decision to return this purchase "regardless of return freight charges". We'd love a chance to make this situation right for you if given the chance. Thank you.

For several months we researched massage chairs. Our final chice was the Infinity Evolution. It has all the features we were looking for. We called and spoke to Richard (Rick) from the Massage Chair Store, who answered all of our questions. The chair was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Since we have recieved and started using this chair it has immensely improved my husbands chronic pain. I would highly recomend this chair. Richard (Rick) made the whole purchasing experience a joy. We are very happy with our purchase. Even after purchase he helped us to figure out how to use the remote properly and set it how we need it. Again very happy with the purchase.

The place is very unassuming and settled a bit back from the main roads. So unassuming I wasn't sure I was in the right place. I was met by two of the nicest guys you could meet. Rather than presume anything, they asked me if I had a budget in mind and why I was looking for a chair, etc.. I got the feeling they trueley wanted to help me find the best solution rather than a quick sale for whatever expensive item they have. In fact, I was ready to buy the first chair they showed me but they encouraged me to try some others, which I did, but went for the first one they offered, the Infinity Evolution as it seemed the best fit for me - and they were right. It was a pleasant experience overall and I feel lucky to have found them.
