Fixed My initial interaction wasn’t pleasant. But after speaking with Allen he was able to make amends. It is the thought that counts. He took the time to call and take responsibility even though it wasn’t his fought. So with that the rating has changed. I appreciate the call back.

Rick Gallant was great and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the chair. I would recommend Rick and massage chair.com to my friends.

Boy em I glad i talked to Rick A customer service rep. he was so helpful in my purchase and answered all my questions, and even took time to go and check a measurement from the chair on the showroom floor for me. I was very impressed with Rick on how he spoke about the chair and the company and that was a big reason why I chose Kyota.

Once, again thank you sooooo much Ryan great job, my friend !!!

I was initially unhappy with the fact that I was misled by the agent who sold me the chair. I was then contacted by Alan who offered a remedy that was fair. As a result, I changed my review to a higher rating of 4 stars.

Very pleasant and helpful to deal with. I needed advice about various chair features, and the sales agent was very helpful and not pushy. I highly recommend this company!
