I have owned my Infinity 8500X3 for almost 3 years now and have never had any problems with it. However, I use it virtually every day and it has become such an essential part of my well-being that I worry about what I would do should something break on it. My 3-year service warranty will expire in just a couple of months, and I am wondering if there is any provision for extending it.

I was paying $20.00 for 30 mins to use the massage chair at the hairdressers. Hubby asked what I wanted for my birthday. HELLO MASSAGE CHAIR!!! I called INFINITY and it was a done deal the SAME day! Delivered EIGHT (8) days later! Delivered, set up and my body in it!! Drew was the best to work with and the delivery guys were super friendly! If you're even THINKING about this chair, call Drew!!!
