I have wanted an IT 8500 Massage chair for a while. I chatted with Tyler P to let me know when they got an out of box one at a cheaper price. He took the time to check inventory, found one, found my existing Synchrony acct. and took care of the whole transaction all while chatting on their website! Tyler was awesome, and I would highly recommend purchasing from Massage Chair store! Tyler made my day, and I will have a very happy back in two weeks!

The Infinity Riage 3 gives a strong, thorough massage. Six of my husband's vertebrae are fused and his time in the chair has made him stand straighter, helped ease his chronic hip pain, has increased his energy, and aided his ability to sleep. The Riage 3 has relaxed me, kneaded me, and made me feel at peace. My Amish friend, who regularly visits a chiropractor and a masseuse, used my Riage 3 for 30 minutes and said it was the strongest and best massage he's ever had. He'll be back next week to use it again. Tyler, who sold me the chair, is energetic, positive, and made it a fun purchase.

Tyler was a WONDERFUL sales agent. He spent lots of time with me answering my questions and helping me choose just the right chair. He even made an adjustment for me after the order was placed, when I realized I had erred in our discussion (and it impacted what the decision should be). He helped me consider financial options as well, and even sourced the best chair for me at the best price. He has continued to be helpful even after the chair was delivered, as I've been learning how to use it. He has been a joy to work with, very patient, and he likes to "think outside the box" to find solutions. I'm very happy with both Tyler, and my CHAIR!!!
