Drew is a man of his word! Polite, patient, attentive, and an awesome listener! I have the gift of gab and had a lot to say about the chair that i was purchasing. i was considering purchasing a different chair from another company. when i reached out to Drew, i was taken back by his kind persona. he wasnt pushy nor short towards me. he guided my through the website. He was prompt with getting my order out. he advised me that if i have any concerns to reach out to him. this makes me feel good about my purchase. often once folks complete a sale they no longer show an interest in the customer. Not Drew! the chair is going to do what it does. but the experience i had purchasing will be with me for a lifetime!
