The only advice I got was to go to the ER; however, that what I needed to do and I knew that before I called. So, in retrospect I wish I had just kept my $30 and gone to the ER without calling!

MDLive worked well for me. Did not have to leave my house and infect others at an Urgent Care or doctor’s office. Was diagnosed over the phone and a prescription was sent to my pharmacy all with-in a half hour. My co-pay was half of what a doctor’s visit would have cost. Therefore saved time, money and recovered quicker using MDLive.

Excellent and quick service from home. Physician was very personable and easy to talk to. Prescribed medicine helped me with my issue. Would definitely use this service again and recommend to others.

I had a tooth that was infected and was it was just continuing to get worse and more painful. It was a Saturday evening and no brick and mortars, save the ER, was open. Honestly, I expected this to be a scam, but I was out of options and my face just kept swelling. MDLive had the best reviews, so I set up the call. It took about 15 minutes after I finished my online submission for them to call me. The doc asked a few questions about my condition. I don't really remember the questions they asked, but by the end of the conversation, a prescription was already transferred to the pharmacy for me. I picked it up from the closest open pharmacy within 30 minutes of getting off the call. It took a few days for the swelling to start going down. It has been 6 days since I called, there still is a little bit of swelling, but I can talk, chew and swallow again with minimal pain. I still have 4 more days of treatment before I can get the tooth extracted, but am thrilled to be able to sleep through the night again and work on things other than reducing pain. If I had the need, I would use them again.
