The system works great. I have used it 3 times and all the Doctors have been professional, friendly and helpful. One of the best ideas to help reduce cost of healthcare.

A good option. I think since done remotely doctors are likely prescribing minimum doses and this causing repeat visits for the same illness. This will lead to super bugs I fear.

Prompt call back but the nose spray prescribed was not for the drainage down the back of my throat. Just the opposite per the paperwork with the medicine. It stated it was for a runny nose and my nose was not running at all.

The service was easy to set up, and the doctor I spoke to was professional and caring. It was fast, but I didn't feel like he was in a rush to get off the phone either. Saved me a lot of time and discomfort since I was able to avoid going to an urgent care, and it cost less!
