The website makes it very easy
The website make it very easy to sign up. They do want to know all of your medical background so get together the same things you would to see a doctor for the first time. Plus all curant vitals. The doctor was very easy to talk to. My problem was complicated. The doctor was very nice and told me who I needed to see. I will call MDLIVE in the future. All of my info. will be there the next time that I need them.

The doctors are always friendly
The doctors are always friendly, listen to the situation, and prescribe the needed medication immediately.

Very poor Customer Service
Very poor Customer Service. So many problems with app. My portal was down a long time Didnt like that a provider had the wrong title on website.
