great customer service and great laser

I had an issue with my Monport fiber laser and their customer support really came through for me. They stayed in communication, helped me troubleshoot the problem, and provided the information I needed to get everything handled. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me out. Overall, I’ve had a very good experience with Monport’s support team.

I like that they respond in record time. You send an email at night, and by morning, you already have the answer and the solution. The machine works very well; it is fast and quiet. 100% recommended. I’ll be buying another unit from this brand soon.

Pero no solo eso, estuvieron pendientes de mí desde el principio, a través del correo electrónico y del WhatsApp, informándome acerca de mi envío y atendiendo a mis consultas con educación, paciencia y claridad (gracias Maggie) El servicio de soporte post-venta es una maravilla aún mayor, no sólo te solucionan todo en cuanto pueden, sino que lo hacen con una amabilidad admirable (gracias por todo, Paul) además del trato 100% personalizado. Just received my new laser and set it up. Setup was a breeze, by the way. Pretty much Plug and Play. However, the device was not automatically detected by Lightburn software. I contacted Montport's Customer Service for assistance. The response was quick, and the issue was promptly resolved. I only had to change one setting in Lightburn, and the laser is cutting materials like butter. So happy with my purchase.

Ich habe vor mehr als sechs Wochen einen Reno65 Vision Pro bestellt und bezahlt. Die Lieferung ist jedoch immer noch ausstehend. Auf der Offerte und dem Kaufvertrag stand Lieferung 3 - 7 Arbeitstage direkt ab deutschem Lager. Ich werde laufend mit irgendwelchen Ausreden hingehalten. Absolute Frechheit, unseriöse Firma! Finger weg!

My name is Dagoberto Rendon and I was very excited with purchasing the MONPORT GA100 Walt MOPA Laser. I received the product with no problem. My grip is that MONPORT had NO CUSOMER SERVICE. On their Website they give you numbers to call, but to no Aviel, They don't answer the phones or return back the call. I been requesting info on their Rotary tool and how I can adjust the setting on Lightburn. No answer and a voice of a male saying "Hi, can I help you then it gois into voice mail. If their anyone out there that may have the same MONPORT GA100 WALT LASER if they can please call me at (956)635-1306 USA.

The support team was very patient which is greatly appreciated since I am not very good with computers. The team always explained what and how to do things in order to test or correct my machine. Thank you.
