Poor customer service. Salesmen are pushy. Makes company seem like a scam. Wouldn't get the manager 4 me to cancel.

The helpfulness of everyone we talked too. Only thing I would change is when they are talking to a customer they need to go some place quiet, there was a lot of talking in background
