We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating an unexpected breakdown can be. However, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of your claim. This review is exaggerated to make company look like the bad guys, alot more to the story and most of whats stated is false. Claims are reviewed based on the terms of the service agreement and the information provided during the claims process. In this case, the determination was made based on the available documentation and was not simply because a claim was submitted. The waiting period alone does not guarantee coverage, as all claims must also meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the agreement, including exclusions for pre-existing conditions. We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decisions are based on the terms of the contract and the supporting documentation. If you would like to discuss your claim further or provide additional information for review, our customer service team is available to assist you.

After reviewing your account, we found that the repair request was submitted before your vehicle had satisfied the required 1,000-mile validation period outlined in your service agreement. Because the coverage had not yet become eligible for claims under the terms of the contract, the claim could not be approved. We understand this may be frustrating, but these requirements are clearly disclosed in the service agreement and apply consistently to all customers.
