The initial down payment and subsequent monthly payment schedule are disclosed at the time of enrollment and are part of the standard payment structure for the selected coverage plan which you were told about more than twice in your call and agreed to. We understand, however, that billing timing can sometimes cause confusion and we regret any frustration this may have caused. Regarding your cancellation experience, written cancellation requests are required to ensure proper documentation and account accuracy for both the customer and the company.
