You had what I needed, but the cost of shipping was way too high, and I never received a confirmation email. I was left not sure whether or not my order even went through.

I ordered the wrong set by mistake. But namco won’t let me swap it out.

Pool products from Namco are of great quality. The only reason I give 4 stars is because shipping takes so long when ordering online even though you pay a shipping fee. These can use improvement.

I ordered an 18x33 solar cover. The solar cover is way too big, even though the box said 18x33. It is 36 feet long. I measured it with a tape measure. Disappointed

It would have been nice to have a shutoff switch on the motor. I've dealt a lot Namco over years, but this is the one time not totally satisfied.

We are experiencing an issue with the liner (seam separation), the local store we purchased the pool from has been great and helpful. In speaking to Lynn from corporate customer service, who was rude, condescending, and un-appathetic. I am very disheartened with our experience and based on our experience with corporate customer service Lynn will likely refer friends and family to other local pool companies as I would never want another person to ever have an experience like this. The only reason I gave it a one star is because of the local store (Swansea, MA) manager's and staff's willingness to go above and beyond to try and rectify the situation and make us whole.
