I find the support responds promptly. The field Tech Rep would call if necessary, and that makes me feel confident that they engage with the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Agent fixed everything very quickly
Agent fixed everything very quickly! Very satisfied. The only issue was that it started happening again later that night, but that's a tech thing.
