I converted over to aloha essentials in March after owning our own equipment for 12 years. We declined to have the handheld devices installed and they also sent us an extra printer. My billing still shows the full amount with the extra equipment. I have not been able to get anyone to return my repeated calls and messages to both billing and my sales person. There is no one who answers the phone in billing. I need to send the equipment back and have my bills adjusted. Needless to say, I regret my decision to upgrade with aloha as I had many other choices and options to choose from. My business is Beach Taco Management LLC DBA Habaneros Fresh Mex Cantina- 5601 Basswood Blvd. #137 Fort Worth Tx 76137

The technician was great. He did a great job working with me and devising and implementing a strategy to solve the problem. The wait time for a response on a critical issue like the phones being down was a bit excessive, however. Our phones were down for at least 48 hours.

we paid you guys to come out and install this firewall and all they did was take it out of the box and put it on my desk. Trying to get someone to email you back with a straight answer is impossible. They give you the run around. They told me they would try and get someone else out here to help actually set the firewall up but never got back to me on it. finally had to hire someone else to come out and install. The people are friendly but that's about it.
