I made the mistake of ordering our keepsake urns without express shipping and Max, the customer service rep that helped me, made it seamlessly quick and easy to fix. We are beyond impressed with the quality and care that we received.

I unexpectedly lost my husband 4 weeks ago. The urns at the funeral home just didn’t seem to fit what we were looking for. My dear friend who had also recently lost her husband had sent me the link to your site. Our son and I picked out the perfect urn. It is exactly what my husband would have wanted. The ordering process was simple and we received the piece quickly. It’s even more beautiful in person and the hand written note from the co-founders was a comfort.
