I'm very happy with this chair. It was easy to assemble, but more importantly, it's comfortable. I also love the optional foot rest. It makes sitting more comfortable, especially during meetings when I'm mostly listening and can sit back.

I placed an order for a chair and payment was processed. I have not received a tracking number nor has anyone contacted me regarding the numerous emails that have been sent inquiring where the chair is. I will be requesting submitting fraud to my bank if we are not contacted by the end of the day. Website does not load anymore. Have let message on phone found here 213-222-6167, no response. We finally received tracking and confirmation of delivery. Thank you for following up.

Hi Araceli, I am very sorry that your chair was not delivered in time due to the large-scale loss of FedEx in the eastern United States some time ago. I learned from our customer service that they have re-shipped a new chair for you and it has been delivered. Our telephone service system is being optimized to ensure timely service in the future. If you have any questions, you can also contact us at [email protected]. We apologize for the bad user experience. We will try our best to improve our shortcomings.

The chair is a good quality product and fairly easy to assemble. The headrest gave me a little trouble to I was able to secure if after a few tries. The company reached out to me after noting in my original review of conflicting information as to the maximum weight the chair could hold. It was a mistake on their website which has since been fixed and the maximum weight for the chair is 350 lbs.

Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. We are optimizing the structure of the headrest installation and this problem will not occur in the future. Our chair can indeed reach a load-bearing capacity of 460lbs or even more without damage. However, the chair is not suitable for users weighing 460lbs. This promotional content has caused misunderstanding to customers. We have revised our promotional content to 350lbs and no longer promote potentially misleading promotional content. Sorry again for causing you confusion. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected]

It’s a great chair-but the headrest doesn’t quite hit me in the curvature of my neck, as I had hoped. I even emailed and called to make sure I bought the correct fitting chair for a 5”2” person.

I was skeptical of mesh back chairs, but OdinLake did it right. The mesh gives just the right amount of stretch and the back mechanism flexes with your movement. Feels like a regular cushioned desk chair and that is what I wanted. The seat pad feels great and seems to be good quality. I honestly thought I made a mistake after ordering but once I received them I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. I bought two of them with no regrets.
