Ship time fantastic, product well built, assembly was absolutely astonishing, not one hiccup and the instructions were simple, best part though, they were there and easy to understand. Comfort level for an all mesh chair is (so far) sweet.

Product shipped quickly and arrived very well packaged. Once I got the chairs up I absolutely love them. The only thing I'd change is the assembly tool that came with the Ergo UPGRADE 518. The handle makes it difficult to connect the headrest. maybe include a tool with a shorter handle.

The legs and top shipped separately, the legs arrived more than a week before the top did. A shipping label was created for eight days before the top started actually shipping, and nothing happened until I asked about the delay so it seems like it just wasn’t being shipped. Some of the pre drilled holes were a little bit off which made assembly difficult. However the top is very pretty and the mechanism works really well and quietly.
