Ordering my stones was easy. The price was great and Ouros was fantastic at keeping me updated on the process of my stones including emailing me CAD images and final details with photos. Communications back-and-forth regarding my order was easy. They got back to me promptly with answers to my questions. I would definitely use this company again for lab grown stones.

Earrings were gorgeous, and Ouros gave me timely and informative updates on the status of my order. They even sent a short video of my actual diamonds for my approval. Great experience, and I’ll definitely be a repeat buyer!

The ring design was amazing and Ouros had me follow the ring making step by step to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They don't order to APO, which is understandable, but it caused a little confusion with my shipping. This was quickly resolved by the staff, and we got everything sorted out quickly.

We also appreciate your understanding regarding the APO shipping situation, and we’re glad our team was able to resolve it promptly for you. Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’re grateful you chose Ouros Jewels to create such a meaningful piece. Once again, thank you for your amazing reviews.

Sameer was very helpful the entire process. I determined the design I want and sent them videos and pictures and then they sent me an outline of the design. Then during the process of making the ring they sent videos of the diamond and the specs/certifications. Once the ring was put together I received another video confirming it was exactly like I wanted it and then after they shipped it off it took less than a week to get to me. 10/10 experience! I love my ring!

Excellent service & quality product. , I have purchased 2 pieces of jewelry from them . A lab diamond ring 2 ct, which was sparkling & fast shipping . And a beautiful lab diamond bezel bracelet that I love wearing . Customers service is polite and helpful. Always kept me updated on both items I ordered. Pricing is good too. I definitely recommend this seller for custom jewelry and store stock items to order from.
